HOW CAN I BOOK AN EXCURSION OR EVENT

Representatives will provide information in a welcome envelope for you, you can reserve your place using the WhatsApp number and your representative will take care of your booking. The day after your arrival the representatives will hold an informative welcome meeting where in just 20 minutes you will receive all the important information for your stay and hear about the wonderful trips and events that they have put together in order for you to experience the best of Bulgaria. Each property has either a Balkan Holidays Noticeboard or a Folder which has lots of interesting information about your stay.

HOW DO I COLLECT MY LIFT PASS AND PRE-PAID SERVICES

On arrival at Sofia Airport, you will be greeted by a member of our local team who will give you a welcome envelope. Depending on your arrival time, the pre-paid services will be inside the envelope and then will be exchanged for equipment and lessons in the resort. On the front of the envelope will be details where to go the first morning to meet your representative who will show you which ski depot to proceed to. Please be very careful if your lift pass is inside as it non-refundable and if you loose it an new one will have to be purchased locally.

HOW DO I RECEIVE INFORMATION ABOUT MY DEPARTURE

In your property there is either a noticeboard or information folder, approximately 24hrs prior to departure your representative will put information as to when you will be collected. Please be patient if your coach is late as it can be busy in the resorts on a Saturday. If your coach is more than 20 minutes late please contact the whatsapp number for your resort. As an alternative our customers really enjoy the Sofia Trip on departure day, you can leave the resort in the morning and have a tour of Sofia and then some free time. Your luggage will stay safe on the coach, then you will be taken straight to the airport in time for your departure.
